Mizumi at Wynn Las Vegas
Mizumi, formerly known as Okada, was renovated in 2012 and is an upscale Japanese restaurant with lush red and gold interior. Sample an array of Japanese cuisine ranging from sushi and sashimi, to robatayaki prepared over authentic Japanese charcoal grills, and teppanyaki offering tasteful and flavorful dishes cooked using an iron plate. The sashimi is fresh and the grilled items are cooked perfectly. Mizumi offers a gorgeous venue with stunning views of the waterfall, koi pond and private gardens. The floor-to-ceiling windows have been expanded to add drama and elegance to the indoor dining.
Now, bright red with gold trim, decorative masks and tapestries, and contemporary white chairs and booths with red flower mons (Japanese family crests), this fine-dining restaurant feels energetic and open. Mizumi is decked out in bright red colors with a modern theme, and overlooks two waterfalls, one of which can be seen at the nightclub Tryst, directly underneath this venue. Drawing its inspiration from timeless Japanese design motifs, Miszumi captures the sophistication and edginess of Japan's modern urban cities, creating the perfect complement to its sophisticated cuisine which Chef Hashimoto is proud to demonstrate with skill and confidence.
