Allegro is the new Italian restaurant which has recently opened at Wynn Las Vegas. At Allegro, Chef Enzo Febbraro, a Naples native, creates classic Italian American dishes with the freshest ingredients. "The menu at Allegro is an extension of my rustic, at home cooking style and I want to produce an authentic feel-good experience", Enzo expressed in a press statement. The Allegro blend of a classy and casual atmosphere is perfect for a pre-show meal or late-night supper with signature dishes including baked lasagna Napoletana, lamb shank Ossu Bucco, Risotto Pescatora with shrimp, scallops, calamari, and clams, and a 14-ounce breaded veal chop parmigiano.
Redesigned by Roger Thomas, Wynn Hotel Chief Designer turned the original yellows into reds, giving the room an organic, urban feel with natural material such as sisal and leather to bring it all together. The restaurant is crowned by faux wooden stands of ceiling ornaments and modern lighting. Sleek chairs fashioned from red leather and chic bar area that opens to the casino floor contribute to the easygoing feeling, and the kitchen is opened as well, punctuated by the glow of wood-burning pizza oven.
